Think of this as my collection of recipes that I am sharing with you.
Under recipes you are going to see different categories, most being self explanatory. The two that may be most confusing is Meal Prep, and Recipes.
Meal prep is where you can find recipes for cooking larger quantities of food that you could spread over multiple meals.
Recipes is where you can find, well, recipes for single meals. Could you meal prep wings for a week, sure, but that might be better for just one night and leftovers the next lunch.
I strive to cook and create without waste, and write in a way that takes the stress out of making food yourself. I won’t come in stating you need to get a sous vide machine ( though I will always suggest you get one ) and I am never going to expect you to get fancy ingredients that you will use once. I create for the normal person and not the restaurant chef.
