Ingredients:

  • 16 oz Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 6 Oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

Fill a pot 1/3 with water and set a metal bowl over top to create a double boiler.

Bring water to a boil and put your chocolate chips into your bowl.

While the chocolate is melting, put your heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl and whisk back and forth until stiff peaks form. At this step you can add in flavors such as different extracts or fruit zest to add additional flavor. I like to add Orange Zest personally.

Take melted chocolate off the boiling pot and let cool. Add in part of your whipped cream and stir into temper and bring down the temperature of the chocolate further.

Pour in the chocolate with the whipped cream and gently fold all together.

Pour into separate containers and put into the fridge to set for at least an hour.
