Yogurt Dill Sauce
This sauce is great to make the day before, but can definitely be made in the moment. Great to put on flatbreads, dip veggies in, and honestly is just a great all around sauce to have on hand.
Ingredients:
½ Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced or pressed
2 Tbsp of dill
1 Pinch of salt
1-2 Tbsp of lemon juice
Directions:
Combine all your ingredients and taste to add more ingredients as needed. You can add cayenne or red pepper flakes to add some heat, dried minced onion to add some onion flavor, or even drizzle some olive oil over top. The flavors come together even more if you let it sit overnight.
