Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken Breasts

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

  • 1 box stuffing mix

  • 1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Put chicken and cream of chicken soup with half can of water into Instant Pot and set to high for 25 minutes.

Once complete release pressure and take out the chicken to shred, put into an oven-safe pan with contents of Instant Pot, and add stuffing mix. Set oven to low broil to allow tops to firm up and crisp.

Remove from oven, add cheese, and return to oven to allow the cheese to melt.
